There’s that question that floats around asking ‘which book would you recommend to anyone’. It always stumps me and I think about what book could I possibly recommend. I no longer have that problem because I will automatically now go to Invisible Women. This is the book that should be in high school curriculums and that everyone should read. It will not only shift your perspective but it will enrage you, it will humble you and it will shock you.

As someone with a higher pitched voice have you ever been frustrated with your car voice command because it just doesn’t understand you? Try lowering your voice, it’ll work every time. Why? Because it’s modelled for a man’s deeper voice. I tried this and I was so mad that it works every time.

As a woman have you ever been frustrated with a seat belt? Do you fold it under your breasts because it just digs into your neck? As a pregnant woman have you had issues even getting a seatbelt across your belly and realized you can’t drive because it won’t connect? That’s right. Modelled for men.

Does your phone feel too big for your smaller hands? Do I need to repeat myself?

I have never been so angry reading a book and so frustrated with the entire creation of our society. I’m glad I read this book but where does one even go from here is the question.

I recommend both the audio which I listened to 70% of and then hungrily finished the last portion in paper copy.

Thank you @mandagroup @abramsbooks for this copy! Will forever shout to anyone who will listen that they need to read this book, 5✨!
