I had a hard time getting into this one because it was so centered on Snow. Which sounds dumb, because I knew that going in. I guess I’ve not read a lot of books where the main character is the villain. This provided fantastic insight into the complex mindscape of someone struggling with what’s been deeply ingrained in them as “morally sound.” I loved all of the hints toward why he hated Katniss so fiercely. Overall, it was a great book.
