The way the story keeps going down, down, down. Mikio tries something repulsive with Isaku, which actually had me contemplating how the Yakuza breaks these men. Mikio is basically a younger version of Keiya, and it's clear that whatever went on in both of these men's lives that made them choose these paths has broken something inside of them. It's unfortunate that due to Isaku's parents, she's stuck right in the middle of their hurricanes.
