There’s a bit too much homophobia in this one for my liking. Normally I try to stay away from that.
Some of the sex situations are ridiculous, but at least one of them turns out to have consequences.
I like both of the MCs. Sam’s not-quite-closet case was well done and much different than what you usually see. The problem for me is that it dragged way too long and I wish his decision wasn’t forced out of him with the blackmail.
The plot with Michael’s backstory with the company was a mess and the whole business side of things was quite boring. I don’t like how they tried to redeem his co-founders at the end. Yes, they still screwed him over and didn’t give him his share. A good reference doesn’t make up for that.
