K.L. Walther writes such easy to read and fun romances! I picked this one up because it follows a girl who’s older brother was getting married which felt timely since my older brother was about to get married.

Mads reluctantly agrees to be a bridesmaid for her soon to be sister-in-law, Katie, in hopes of better connecting with her. However, when the fellow bridesmaids discover Mads has never dated or kissed anyone they are determined to find her the perfect date for the wedding.

So Mads gets set up on several different dates all while being roped into bridesmaid hijinks and wedding chaos.

This was pretty cute! To me it felt kind of obvious who Mads was going to end up with, but I still enjoyed reading about her different dates and found the romance enjoyable. Although I was probably more intrigued by Mads relationship with Katie, her brother’s fiancé. There were definitely some weird undertones and I was interested to find out why it seemed Katie didn’t like Mads at times or if Mads’s attitude and bias were at fault. I also really enjoyed the portrayal of Mads’s relationship with her family and friends, they all felt really natural and fun.
