Did not finish book.
I only made it 30 pages in and realized I could not finish it. It was written like a really bad self insert fanfiction so it was hard to push through. My other issues were that Rachel is supposed to be the protagonist but the way she acted in those 30 pages was just very much like get over it. I think it did add insight to the kpop industry however there's nothing new there because now a days there are a lot of ex Kpop idols that are speaking out about the treatment they've received. I was hoping there would be more info on her time in SNSD but there wasn't it was vague noncommittal stuff that wasn't interesting. I think it would have been better if she had based it more off of her time in SNSD, not setting it today and didn't add much of a love interest because I dipped when he showed up and he just seemed mehhhhh. I don't know if she wrote this or had a ghost writer but she needs to find a better writer.
