So first thing, this is ya. There isn’t anything wrong with ya but I didn’t know it was before I jumped in. I also didn’t know this was part of a series. A LONG series. Might be a fine series for a kid but this book didn’t have enough going for it to give me any desire to peruse. There’s two timelines and you get answers for the murders on neither of them. Also none of the characters used contractions. The narrator might have made this worse, but it was ANNOYING.
