Publisher dropped the ball but the author couldn't handle self-publishing
The publisher refused to publish, so this was self-published and honestly she shouldn’t have bothered.
Her bitterness shines through and makes this book a difficult read.
It could have been such a great series. I don’t know why the publisher didn’t want to publish and why the author didn’t like self-publishing, but here we are. All this workup and zero satisfaction. It will leave you hanging.
Don’t waste your time. Use your imagination to end the story the way YOU want to end the story and it will be better than what you end up with here.
