i did have trouble getting into the beginning and seeing more plot twists on plot twist but i do love the direction the book goes towards the end. the hints of mara being the one starts in book three but it was a bit predictable, there is a lot of unanswered questions but now i am kinda of interested.
seeing the way everyone fears mara and the way her character is going backwards not forward sort of bothered me i feel like there was so much potential and mara’s character seems off? maybe that was intentional idk… but the ending? wow og mara making an appearence is really cool i did not expect that but im sort of curious.
also noah’s will to not be alive was really something in this book, i hope to see things get a bit better, maybe with marashaw separated they can grow on their own? also the death trope is being set up i see it.
