Unfortunately just couldn’t get on board with this book. I love that this is so many people’s fav (and I may be able to be convinced to pick this up again!) but I just didn’t vibe with it.

I was heavily put off by the fact that for some reason I thought this series occurred at college, so the fact that they’re actually in high school threw me. Also, I couldn’t get over how much we heard about a minors d!ck and how tiny the FMC is (she’s literally compared to a primary schooler, that’s how underdeveloped she is. It’s concerning imo). I read roughly the first five chapters and it was mentioned at least 5 times each chapter 🫠

Overall, I don’t understand the hype. Change my mind or don’t 😂 these books are so long idk if I can honestly be convinced to try them again. (But if the audios are good and they pick up in terms of plot, I may be able to be convinced only because my library has the audiobooks 🤪)
