I loved the last story in this series The Highlander Takes a Bride.  I loved the story of Saidh and her brothers.  Her brothers were such great characters and I was hoping that one would appear in this story.  I was super happy to see that the boys were indeed in the story.  Dougall Buchanan is delivering horses to Lord Danvries and is disgusted when Danvries offers his sister Lady Murine Carmichael up as payment for the horses. Dougall and his brothers leave with their horses.  As they travel home they run into Lady Murine as she escapes Lord Danvries house.  The rest of the story follows their travels north to bring Murine, her friend who is also the Buchanan’s sister’s.  As with the other stories in this series there is a mystery to be solved.  I enjoyed this story greatly and can’t wait to read the next in the series.
