A Wild Sheep Chase by Haruki Murakami

4.0

Okay… I’m gonna be honest here. This is my first Murakami after hearing nothing but extreme love for his books. Tbh the entire book feels like an actual real life fever dream. The writing is incredible but frankly I finished the book and was left just really confused. I think i’ll keep reading his other books because it was a very easy read, but like what? A sheep ? A rat? I’m confused. So many people said this is his best book so i’m very worried for the others, but after reading good-reads reviews I’m learning that it isn’t. Not a bad book but weird af .
