Miriam’s Song is the newest release from Jill Eileen Smith. It not only gives us Miriam’s point of view but some of Moses’s and Zipporah’s as well. I had not read a fictional take on Miriam before so when I found out about this I was excited. I was not let down. This story had me instantly drawn into it. The author’s storytelling and writing are fantastic. In fact I even learned something new about Moses. This lead me to do some of my own research in the Bible. I’m looking forward to whatever Mrs. Smith writes next.
