There are elements to love in this book. There is a lot going on. All the time. Sometimes it's a little overwhelming how much is going on. It feels ambitious. There were parts of the book I was totally gripped and then elements that were taking themselves too seriously. Asha and her upbringing was gripping. I didn't care as much about what was going on in London once obi wasn't there.
And I felt their third hero was a little under formed.
But it got to the end and I kind of want to know what happens next. So, as a book, it works I suppose.
