Does Rebecca Yarros continue to sneak in little surprises and hints throughout the books? Yes, and this one is no different, but felt even more explosive than the first two to me. I love how brave and intelligent Violet and her squad are. Xadens love for Violet is both endearing and heartbreaking. This book leaves me with even more questions and theories damn you Rebecca !
