This one was a little slower to start, but I am SO glad that I pushed through in a genre that I generally don't read/enjoy. Kristin Hannah is so talented at bringing her characters to life for readers. Was quite difficult to read at some points, but so worth it for the incredibly rich story. The ending both broke and warmed my heart, with tears for both 🥲
