When Among Crows by Veronica Roth

5.0

This is a book by an early generation Polish-American from Chicago for early generation Polish-Americans from Chicago; as one of those myself, I’m so grateful I got to experience this book, and I can’t recommend it enough to everyone who falls into that niche. To everyone else, I think you can enjoy it if you give it a fighting chance—it may just be worth doing some research into our culture, folklore, and lived experience first or during as well.
