This felt a bit like The Magic School Bus Learns to Make Ramen, and I really enjoyed that vibe. I appreciated how the authors broke down ramen into simple steps that made it feel accessible, and the illustrations were so warm and inviting. And yes, I did buy A LOT of ramen while I read this cookbook! I’m excited to try the spicy pork ramen recipe the next time my friend (who is equally obsessed with Asian food) comes over.
