val4o 's review for:
The Viscount Who Loved Me
by Julia Quinn
Okay...at first i thought "Eh courting one sister then falling for the other is really not my thing" (and it isn't) but these characters felt more real than Daphne and Simon to me.
Anthony had a real fear of dying which prevented him of living life to the fullest which was to some extent relatable.
The enemies to lovers was a little underwhelming cause of the sister stuff.
BUT then again they had something which connected the two!! Finding someone who understands you to such a level is what we all strive for. Being understood is real love.
Still not perfect but better than the 1st book dare i say.
P.S. Anthony can be a lil shitbag
