This is such a fun series. I keep finding myself wondering what Kate Connor is up to. I love the action scenes interspersed with mom moments. Kate is a badass demon hunter,  but she's a flawed person full of grief and guilt and love.  Kate's inner monologue is funny and the tension of secrets is a good mix. She has just enough people on her side so she's not alone,  but the majority of the world doesn't know about her job so it's fun to see her skirt around things.
