 Meghan Michaels is a nurse and there are three stories going parallel at the same time in the book that meet at the end.
1st story is about a girl Caitlin who arrives in the hospital in a coma state after jumping off a bridge on the train tracks. Meghan is trying engulfed in figuring out the patient's past.
2nd story is about Meghan meeting her high school classmate and how she's trying to help her be safe from her abusive husband.
3rd story is there is a killer on the loose who is attacking women in their homes and killing them.

There are 2 suspenses at the end. I guessed one (
the ward boy Luke is the killer
) but I did not expect the 2nd one at all (
  Caitlin was impersonating as Meghan's classmate and Meghan was the one who accidentally threw her off the bridge
  )
The book is okay-ish. I could go through it because i was listening to the audiobook.
