MY FAVORITE BOOK OF THE SERIES SO FAR!!🥹🥹

I cried, i laughed, i cried some more, i was mad, then sobbed, and giggled.
And i am obsessed with it, every single page.

This book has it all for me.
It has action, it has TRAUMA…like a lot and it was kinda hard to read sometimee. It has even more world building (and we are on book 3?! idk how Sarah thinks ab this) ALSO new characters?!!
I AM OBSSESED WITH MANON AND ABRAXOS and Aedion is soo sassy he’s realted to Aelin and it shows lmao

Over all tho, the strength of thid book i think it was in the big evolution of everyone we know.
Literally every single character (even the new ones) ended in a different place than when we first meet them.
You can just see it in the way they think or act, this book forced them choose how they wanted the future to look like and made them act on it, to choose a side and think about what is worth fighting for, even if it sometimes hurt.
But also you get to know everyone so in deepth that you understand their motives and can’t be mad at them (even if they make mistakes) you end up loving them, and it makes you care for them so much it’s insane.

I have to say that in a book with different povs i tend to lose interest in at least one of them (like it happened in ToG) and it makes it hard to keep reading but it didn’t happen this time. I liked every single one, and they are so connected that you have to read every word to not miss any important detail so you don’t dread it when the povs change.

also Its the first time that i really understood the ancient stories that we are told, and how it connects to the present time, i really liked that.
A lot of times i went back to the other books to search for some information that wasn’t important in the past to try and piece together all the information that could be usefull to keep in mind.

All i have left to say is: ROWALIN FOR LIFEE BITCHESSS
the enemies to lovers and slow burn??? obssesed.
I couldn’t stop talking about their bond in my readalong and how they work so good together, they just make sense. it’s the first time we see Aelin being 100% sure about someone and completly open up for them. their morals line up so well, and they are there for the good and the bad and ugh they are my parents for real. If they are not endgame i am gonna scream please. (idk if they can be mates tho? they are bonded and are carranam but idk )

I hope that now we get to see more of them together, i can’t wait for the reunion with Aedion, get to know Manon more (i have hope for her to be a good person at the end)…also i kinda ship her and Asterin ngl.
AND maybe it would be nice that Dorian didn’t die?? pls.

that’s all, i’m gonna shut up and read Queen of Shadows rn,
see yaa. MUAK
