Violet's recently single and her BFF, Ana, invites her to this members only club. The kind of club that needs to vet you and do a background check before you can enter. Everyone wears a mask and it's a pretty elite group of members. Ana had been dating a very wealthy guy before her moved to another state and he gifted her this membership. It's about to expire so she wants to take Violet before she's no longer a member. The club requires you wear a mask so when Violet encounters a fellow member that rocks her world, she has no idea who he is.
Ok, I really enjoyed this story. When the MMC falls hard and fast but he's the type of guy that doesn't believe in love, I am a sucker for it. Especially when they end up fake dating/engaged and he doesn't really view it as fake. That's exactly how Tate was in this book. He's fallen hard for Violet and does everything he can to get her to fall for him. The third act breakup was a doozy, but I totally get why it had to happen. I'm just glad they got their HEA.
