The Surrogate Mother
by Freida McFadden
3.5/5⭐
Well, this wasn't one absolute suspense as we already got a whiff of the who the antagonist is. But yes, it was suspenseful in a way. Abby was a stupid one, typical thrillers fmc, though Sam was one faithful one, his actions really made me agitated. And Gertha, the not so important character was the surprise element, which I kinda liked.
