It was good until it got to the end. Will there be a part 2? Its highly unlikely considering the Misadventures series consist of stand alone novels. So what about the big assed cliffhanger/plot hole?

If Big Bad Angelique could bring a super hero to his knees, how could she get her ass whipped and run away with her tail between her legs after a girl fight with a mere human girl? And there was no retaliation afterwards? Really? I thought the organization was "Ruthless & Cold"?
