plot and characters were very interesting and the backdrop and the whole scene are all very unique and a unique concept
pulled an all nighter to finish this book
the start of the ending was a little underwhelming but there was still a nice closure to all the issues and plot lines in the story
overall a very good read and was better than i expected from the reviews and considering that the start of the book was also a little too overwhelming and intimidating for me as there was an introduction to the backdrop and context and characters of the story which was great but it made the book seem a little intimidating like u have to absorb a lot of info in order to understand the story but it was actually quite easy to understand and follow the story
and also the author did a good job with the tense scenes as i could feel my emotions running high and wanting to know what happens next
update: now that i think about it the concept is kind of similar to the series in netflix called the imperfects
