➽ Volume 15 concludes the crew's adventures in Little Garden after defeating Mr. 3! I still love that Sanji accidentally makes contact with the mysterious Mr. 0 - who doesn't seem to tolerate failure at all. There is a heartfelt Goodbye with the giants, but the next disaster isn't far away as Nami suddenly falls ill. It's the first time that the crew faces the issue of not having a doctor on board, so there is no one with sufficient medical experience to treat Nami! Vivi is worried about her homeland and needs to get there as soon as possible ... but she can't possibly abandon her sick friend!
➽ Luckily, the crew docks at Drum Island, a winter island that used to be famous for its doctors. But after a brutal attack, there is only one doctor left ... and she's said to be an old witch! I really liked the setting and how determined everyone is to help out Nami. Despite the serious situation there are many funny moments as well 😂 I'm definitely intrigued by Dr. Kureha and her reindeer assistant!
