I would like to thank GRR for the opportunity to read and review this ARC.
So most of this installment in the The Saints of Westmont U series was pretty awesome! I really enjoyed Ollie's characterization a lot! As a silver medal winner at the Olympics, his disciplined schedule in both swim training and in life was very on point. Lennox was lovely as well, though not as crisply defined as Ollie was. But the hockey parts to Depths of Desire were very much improved from the last book though, so there's that!
I was really vibing with everything happening throughout legit 70% of this book, because Lennox and Ollie's love affair was like equal parts adorable puppy-love and smokin' hot stuff, and i really LOVED THAT!
But oh my wow did Lennox ever lose his mind when the 3rd act shuffle got going and i was pretty embarrassed for him ngl.
The following is my spoiler-ridden feelings :
(view spoiler)
Anyway, i enjoyed Depths of Desire for the most part! And i'm happy that this series is turning out to be OTT enough to make me feel like an indulgent, eye-rolling, big sis who sighs things like, "ahhh young stupid love" while simultaneously being grateful for my gold medal in emotional regulation!
Rhett's up next and i can't wait for the wild and unhinged mayhem that this enemies-to-lovers drama is promising to be in Price of Victory!
