Definitely a recovery from Golden Son for me, but overall I am impassive. I think I would have loved this final book in the trilogy if it was 100 pages shorter. There were points where it just absolutely dragged and I was so over it. There were a couple of shocking turns in the end that had me gasping (and some that had me raging) so in the end I am satisfied. I still think this book is perfectly fitted for young adult males or an audience with lower EQ as it lacks depth in that area.
