I was curious for Holt's story since the beginning of this series, as he is the one guy in the loft that we didn't really get all the much info on, and we knew he was in the background with a girlfriend that the guys didn't know about.
I enjoyed Holt and Harmony's story, but it wasn't my favourite from this series. Holt was very determined to get to know Harmony, and in real life it probably would've been too over the top, but it worked well for this story.
There's a lot of banter and snark between our two main characters, but again it seems to work for them. I also liked Priya, Harmony's best friend. I'd be interested in reading a book about her some day too.
There were a few turns I wasn't expecting in this book, but overall it flowed nicely and there was no huge angsty point in the novel. I enjoyed that, because in the other books of this series, there is a huge gap for our couples. This is a great world, in which Meghan Quinn has created some great characters and stories.
An enjoyable read, would recommend.
