It was good, but I was waiting for it to be great. The idea was good with lots of good tropes, but just kind of missed the mark for me. One of the main issues was it felt like the story was moving very slow and it took a long time to read the book. I feel it might just one of those books it is better to read a physical copy instead of an ebook. I didn’t super like Pandora and Victor which was a bit a bummer. I didn’t enjoy Lucy and Elias they stole the show! I loved their interactions in the book. Also, the repeated use of cleft was a vibe killer for me.
