Very slooooooow paced. That was a little difficult for me but I enjoyed following the main characters journey into adulthood. I really liked the later half of the story, it starts to pick up a little. I’ll definitely be watching the Netflix series whenever they put it out.

I thought the writing was good there was really so much, not only to the main characters story, but the characters she surrounds herself with that we get to know so well.

Also this was the first time I have read a book translated from Italian and that has a character with my name :)
