Read one title in a wildly popular series for children, particularly boys, in our system. Had a nice backstory of a new kids in town living with his uncle and trying to make friends - and the wildly impossible scenario of a shark in the local stream. Only, it is based on a true incident. Tarshis also informs us that at the time people didn't believe that sharks would attack people, it would be a bit like hearing about rabbits attacking people. (But really, look at those teeth!!) Nice story with historical highlights.
