I saw myself in Sadie, the perfectionist, people pleaser who wants to be the best at everything she does. This book was a whirlwind from me wanting to throw it across the room to not wanting to put it down. This is an example of when enemies to lovers is done well. This book had what I call the 5 star feeling. I read it in one day. My only critique is that I felt like the setting wasn’t executed great. It is set in Melbourne Australia but felt like a school in the US.
Overall, it was fantastic and one of my top books of the year. The Novella just needs to be released in Australia already 😭
