I hold that no one is doing horror like SGJ. I am wary of even narrowing what he does to “horror” because his stories contain EVERYTHING. This sequel was somehow even more exciting than the first while still maintaining the heart of MHIAC. I am so excited to dive into the final book but already gutted to let Proofrock go.
