It was purely by accident that I began the third book in this trilogy without ever reading the first two, and yet I was able to follow along as well as anyone can follow a book of this mad and mysterious nature. I must say the tale was brilliant! Highly imaginative and extremely well written. The plot was a mind-boggling maze of twists and turns that evoked such bizarre intrigue it was difficult to stop reading at times to attend to the duties of real life. This book was a marvelous adventure that encompassed an enviable romantic affair I found purely satisfying. I look forward with giddy excitement to reading books one and two in the trilogy, knowing that if the author put half as much creativity into the beginning of this wild tale, I am in for a sweet treat!
