Follows the style of a classic fairytale. The magic in this story is often a part of the land itself, or within the laws of Faerie. I liked Tristran well enough although he starts out lovelorn and naive, but he learns. The plotline is pretty predictable but not in a bad way, it has a clear path and progression and I appreciate that.
