I loved this book. I listened via audiobook and found myself nodding along and proclaiming "Yes!" basically the whole time. It was empowering, uplifting, and frustrating at times, but overall inspirational. Yes, Sheryl Sandberg is a very high-power lady who many may not feel they relate to, but I genuinely think every single woman (and man) can have some serious takeaways from reading this book. Changes need to be made to the imbalance of gender/roles in employment and families, and that needs to happen by first acknowledging the issues at hand, and then building people up to make that significant change/shift.

(I am planning on going through the physical book next to take notes for myself. Will update comment once I have my main takeaways more solidified.)
