Salvation in Death by J.D. Robb
5.0
Another great book with my favorite couple, Eve and Roarke. Let's not forget the outstanding side characters that I love as well.
I'm always amazed at how these stories twist and turn. I really was surprised at who committed the murder. However, I figured some of the parties that were involved because well sometimes, that's always just obvious. This one was heavy on the catholic church.
The thing I love most about these books that never gets old is Eve's mind. How she puts the pieces together and starts to see things always gets me. Roarke is always involved in helping to bring things around as well. Peabody is getting better at seeing the cases and thinking them through.
I know I've said it before and probably will with every book...I don't know that I can get tired of this series!
