Grab yourself a glass of milk and prepare to bring on the heat! This was the smüttiest read I've had all year. It's got definite PWP vibes, but the plot there is captivating. The amount of love Gideon and Winnow have for each other is earth-moving and the growth from each of them gives me all the feels!
So why only a 4 out of 5? There were a couple of things that just aren't my jam, like the Navy SEAL background, the saliva as love language— not that it stops the spice from spicing, it's just not my particular k!nk— and the name Winnow. Let it be said that these are all personal hangups! Blood Sweeter than Honey is a heartwarming, genre-bending romance that will get your blood pumping and your imagination racing.
