This is getting 2 stars because of the writing style. It is well written and engaging. The only reason it isn't getting higher ratings is because the whole thing is based on an event that could not possibly happen. The author has the hotel being opened up by the owners and being searched by anyone who wants to. The reality is that that couldn't happen without massive legal liability. Once was fine, I could ignore it. But then the owners of the hotel let Henry root around in the basement on his own without regard for any danger or possible theft. Nope.
