The title and cover immediately drew me in and the description left me intrigued, so I dove in. While no major action happened, it was a very mysterious storyline that kept my attention. I read it in two nights! The characters were captivating and I was genuinely concerned for them.
My favorite character was Keenan, the Summer King. He is so complex and I have a feeling he has much more going on that we don't know about. I love him and Donia, the Winter Girl. She was also a fun character, complex and mysterious.
The main character, Aislinn, is frustrating. I like her, but she's not my favorite heroine. I like how strong and independent she is; and also making her own choices, even if she fears the consequences.
All in all, it is a cute little story of trust, friendship, and love.
