this book i think really dragged out for the first maybe 300 pages which was sort of frustrating, especially for the first two trails kiva underwent, it just skipped past them even though that is literally what the whole book is about but,
Spoiler it ended so good and like the plot twists had me gagged. idk why i didn't expect the first plot twist cause it wasn't the craziest thing ever, but the second reveal was sort of insane
. it just sucks that so much happened at the end that was so good, but that the majority of the book felt sort of dragged. that being said i haven't stopped thinking about this book since and i do have high hopes for the other two books in the trilogy. love a little y/a fantasy and love a little y/a fantasy with romance even more.
