This is such a moving and touching memoir on death and the ways that when someone dies, especially unexpectedly and young, it really fucks you up. And that maybe we should find a new way to frame it other than desiring everyone to "heal" completely from grief.
Reading it made me revisit my own grief from three of my grandparents dying in the past two years, and really face how I also feel like I'm not healing correctly or fast enough because I still miss them so much.
