A quick read that’s incredibly dark and evocative. I wouldn’t say you like the main character but you also don’t hate her because you know what she’s lived through. A good opportunity to reflect on what makes people who they are and whether the we allow for mistakes as a result.
The length of the book was perfect for the mystery being solved. The ending was a little rushed and yet there isn’t much to say once all the pieces came together.
