Lord Arthur Savile's Crime by Oscar Wilde

3.0

I had high expectations for this story, and it kinda let me down. Mind you, I knew nothing about it before I started reading it, but as I was reading I thought oh okay I get the idea.. That's a good idea, and was hoping for more exploration on that theme, even hoped it'd be the new Dorian Gray, thought it will end with a lesson of some some, but it left me unsatisfied.
In short, I saw potential that Wilde (very unlike himself), did not take advantage of.

On the bright side, one of my Wilde's favorite quotes is here: "The world is a stage but the play is badly cast"
