Single dad x nanny will always get me!

After a one night stand no strings attached situation, Violet never expects to see Brady again. They never exchanged any information and went on their ways, except neither of them could stop thinking about the other. Brady is about ready to give up on ever finding Violet, so imagine his surprise when Violet ends up being his son, Theo, new live-in nanny.

Neither of them know how to approach this so Violet chooses to ignore it, but Brady can't shake her from his thoughts. Violet understands that she  is there to do a job - nanny Theo, but Brady won't let her off that easy. Their attraction was palpable, so it was only a matter of time before they gave in to each other again.

I loved seeing Violet create a relationship with Theo. He was the cutest six year old boy who was going through a lot with  his mom being across the world for a job. Because of the co-parenting schedule Brady had, Theo never went that long without seeing his mom so he was so confused when she was gone for so long, but Violet did such an amazing job with caring for him and helping him through it.

I think Brady was a great character, but I do think I wanted a bit more from him throughout the book. The ending really saved him for me, but throughout the book he seemed a bit flat at times. I feel like Violet's character was so raw and real with what she was going through, so I wanted to see a bit more of Brady too.

In the end, I enjoyed all the character developments and the relationships that were built.
