Smashed this one out in about an hour. It's a short book but it's filled with tongue-in-cheek goodness about redefining success.

I love the idea of toning things down and reframing success and accomplishment as addiction that is drilled into us from when we're very young.

Being an anxious overachiever for much of my life, it's interesting to see evidence that overachieving causes stress and anxiety to manifest, where flying under the radar and just doing things slowly eases a lot of that.

Great read.
