Where to begin?
This is my first novel by author Joel Dicker, and I am absolutely mesmerized by his storytelling. His ability to create so many unique, deep, and memorable characters- and then weave them into a complex mystery…!? Wow!
This story felt like a massive game of Clue- who did it? Where? When? How? I loved the back and forth through time, I loved the intrigue, the greed, the suspense, the love stories.
I especially loved how I was kept guessing right until the end, and was surprised many times throughout!
