The Disease to Please: Curing the People-Pleasing Syndrome
by Harriet Braiker
The techniques she offers at the end are good, but throughout the book one gets the idea that she holds back on more fundamental notions about cognitive psychology. I was lucky because I had read The Feeling Good Handbook first, so I could see where she was going with her tips. In any case it was worth reading if only for the last portion with the practical applications.
